To nitpick a bit about the pronunciation. The Posadnik is spelled more like this: "pos" as in "posse", "ad" as in "bud", "nik" as in "nick". Also, emphasis on the second "a" in "KhabArovsk". "Boevoy" as in "boy - e -voy". "Stereguschiy" was surprisingly on point though.

I must have watched this video 4 times now. And I am still awestruck by what you can do with this Heavy Cruiser design. Even with me forcing you to have as small a design as possible you make these little warships fight WAY over their weight limit. The Steyer took hit after hit and didn't seem to care and you barely added any armor if it all. And the Leopard was so bloodthirsty after one shoting a battle cruiser that it fought anything that moved... which meant torpedoing a friendly who still took it on the chin and made it out alright.

I do wonder if the depicted heavy lean in the game is realistic for when the ships are doing a sharp turn. I know that being able to hit anything with such a heavy lean unless prepared in advance with flooding for shore bombardment is rather unlikely but i do wonder if you have that in regular combat maneuvers.
