Had so much fun with this series! Thank you, Samuel! Will keep extra time aside during the weekend and do the complete series in one go. 💪 I have a tiny little suggestion: Please keep the 45 seconds between the rounds. We did one exercise of the second round, and the 45 seconds distracted me. We could use those 45 seconds to catch our breath and drink some water. Thanks!😊

You’re welcome! Thank you so much for the support and I’m so happy that you enjoyed the series! ☺️ With regard to the 45sec rest, this was actually a mistake on my part in the editing process. I did mean for it to go between rounds! Sorry about this.. I can understand it might be a bit distracting to come at the point it did. My bad! Thanks again for the comment and hope you enjoy the next series! 👊🙏⚡️

Another awesome workout. Would you recommend doing full body or can I do upper and lower?

Whatever works for you! You can likely train more often if you split between upper and lower. This is because the day after training one body part you can then train the other and by the time you come back to the first body part it has likely recovered. If your schedule means that you can’t get as many workouts in that week then training full body will yield a bigger ‘bang for your buck’. Experiment with both and see what works for you and your schedule 👊
