Chris, You are real life Drifter, i am not.. Can you tell how far from realistic is Sim racing from Real Life driving ? Should i begin with cheap car in real life, or can Sim racing give me same vibe and realism of real driving? As i see Assetto Sim dont have ant grip, Car physics is not looking same as realistic. Considering many pro drifters use AC to learn tracks on id say its pretty realistic. Theres guys that have only drifted in AC and were killing it once they got into a real car. I sijest looking ip the "Can a sim drifter drive a real 900bhp championship-winning Nissan Silvia s15?!" video. He gets put in to Piotr Więcek’s S15 and kills it right away and even tendems with him.

@@aftrnoon_ac still good for learning basics homie, I would highly recommend them to people starting out because of this. They're "cheater" cars cause they are more forgiving and spin out less easy and also slide more when off throttle, but it does still teach you the basics and the "cheater" physics make it more enjoyable to learn with. Wouldn't use em for more than a week-a month tho then I agree you're building bad habits. But that's just my opinion

My pc was under 2k and runs it with maxed out settings just fine. Its not a super depending game. You could easily run this game under 1k.

$300 all eBay and plays maxed out. The game isn't that demanding honestly E5 2230 CPU 1070 GPU 16gb ram nothing special

There's other videos about that, this one is more for setting up the game itself as many people are intimidated by "modding" a game not knowing it's literally just dragging some files into a folder. Maybe for you and me this stuff is easy, but some people this would be the hardest part of getting into sim racing/drifting
