This is a two-part video. The first part I explain some key points about the strategy and some important notes on how buffs/debuff's of the same type work. The last part of the video covers the actual gameplay footage on the winning run for UC 235. I can't even remember how many total attempts I made on this level, but I was stuck here for months! It can take many attempts to win and high level heroes. I will provide a description of the winning strategy below as well with the lineup I recommend. Give the video a thumbs up if it helps, subscribe to my channel for content like this and as always, thanx for watching!

Winning lineup:
Nam Hayul, Obsidian, Mars, Ulrik, Hartwell
The order is definitely important. The main point is that Mars is in the middle of your two strongest heroes - the heroes with the highest attack number (and definitely next to Obsidian) outside of that feel free to move the heroes around.
The key strategy for Ultimate Challenge 235 is to focus your attacks on Mars. He can generally 1-hit your entire lineup and this is the most difficult aspect of this challenge. You will have to get a little bit lucky with landing plenty of green tiles. Especially in the beginning. And hope that you can use Hartwell at least once or twice. The other key distinction, as I explain in the video, is understanding that when 1 hero adds a buff/debuff to another, that buff/debuff will replace the same type of buff the hero already has. In this case you should always use your Ulrik after the enemy Ulrik uses his skill, this can be critical. This will replace the defense down debuff with a defense up boost and can swing the entire battle. Another key point to remember is that Nam Hayul is very useful for this battle (however it has been beaten without her). If you do use her understand that her stun skill prevents a hero from using their rage skill but it does not prevent them from gaining rage. This means you should save her (if needed) until the enemy heroes have full, or are close to full rage. This will give you an additional 2 rounds to either reduce the rage of Mars or finish him off. This can be a game changer, so use her wisely!
The other basic strategy for this level is to always target Mars, use Ulrik after Ulrik and once the front line heroes fall avoiding hitting Mars with tiles unless he has full rage and is stunned. This battle can take so many attempts to get not only the right tiles but the right timing and strategy to all match up. Higher level heroes will help. I definitely recommend this exact lineup and Hartwell to be maxed out. Keep trying and good luck!
