Chicken & Sausage Gumbo Recipe | Flavorful Louisiana Classic!

I'm diving into the heart of Louisiana with a rich and flavorful Chicken & Sausage Gumbo recipe. You can't do nothing but enjoy!!!!
Ingredients:
4-6 Skinless/boneless Chicken thighs
1 pack of Andouille Sausage
1 medium Green Pepper (diced)
1 medium Yellow Onion (diced)
3 Garlic Cloves (diced/minced)
1 bag of small Celery (diced)
2 Bay Leaves
1 large container of Chicken Stock
Olive Oil
1 cup of Flour
Salt & Pepper
Creole Seasoning
1 can of Amber Beer
Tips:
For an extra kick, add more Creole seasoning or some hot sauce.
Gumbo gets better with time! If you can, let it sit for a few hours or even overnight before serving.

I would have made the rue darker
