Ultimate Flap Mod - Mark II with Balks on detent 1 and 3 for TM TCA - DIY

This is Mark II of my Flap detent and handle mod for the Thrustmaster TCA Flap unit. It features the Balk (mechanical stopper) system on positions 1 and 3 - a real-life safety feature to prevent excessive flap setting in a single action.

Hello Santi, I bought the Captain's Mod with all four mods and i am loving it. The quality of the prints is amazing and thanks to your instructions here on KZbin assembly was really easy. Although I have welded once in my life, your alternative method made it easy to connect the spoiler enable/disable switch. For every Airbus freak -> It's 100% worth it The only thing you should keep in mind is that the thrust lever is very stiff (almost like a real thrust leaver). So you better screw it or clamp it to your desk because if you just put it on your desk with these rubber stands it will definitely move. ~ greetings, Tristan - Germany

Hi Gary, thanks for stopping by and for the comment :) The parts that ran out are coming from China, and due to the long Chinese Lunar New Year break, shipments are delayed! Supplier says they will try to ship before end of February, so we are looking at probably end February for stocks to be ready! Just check the store from time to time as I will update it as soon as the parts arrive! Have a pleasant day! :)
