The police generally will not bother scrapers collecting items from the curb because if we can't do it, neither can they. The law would not be allowed to collect evidence from what suspects grow away. It works both ways.

I was inspired by your channel to try making a scrap yard run to recycle some stuff I had in my garage rather than tossing in the garbage. I was surprised how much I got! I had: 7 lbs clean brass @ $2/lb 7 lbs tin @ $0.06/lb 2 lbs alum breakage @ $0.15/lb 2lbs dirty brass @ $1.05/lb 15 lbs alum clean @ $0.42/lb 2 lbs #1 copper @ $2.90/lb Total $29.55 That non-ferrous adds up! @@ScrapPalletMan The way farms are now they can use these machines to be much more accurate and econimal with the product they are spraying. In the UK many machines are inter-linked by GPS so they now what tonnage of crop has come off the field, which areas need more or less fertilizer next time and the sprayers can also detect where the pesticide needs to be sprayed!

I always take electrical cords. BUT, i strip it and melt the copper and pourninto molds. We have plenty of ingots and coins of pure copper. I have also saved all copper pennies from 1982 and earlier for over 40 years (my dad collected them and i have his). Millions of them. They are worth more than a penny each for the copper weight. Found many great pennies worth a lot more. Sold many along the way and bought gold.
