Thank you, i have pain in my right wrist after bike accident years ago , also long session mouse usage is affecting that wrist. Now I use ergonomic mouse for work and wrist supported mousepad. 🥰

Dr. Ennis, these stretches are great. Really appreciate your videos. I am recovering from an l4l5 disc bulge and sciatica, can you please make a video of safe at home exercises that will be easy on the lower back? And exercises to strengthen the lower back? I will be ever so grateful.

Definitely going to use these exercises for my hands. Speaking of tennis elbow, I had it years ago. While the family doctor suggested the armband, my orthopedic surgeon recommended a simple exercise very similar to your towel squeeze. It worked great. I was healed in about 3 weeks.

DeQuervains tenosynovitis of left base of thumb and wrist. Tried everything. Rest, ice, massage, PT, Cort injections, acupuncture, chiropractic nothing; difficult to strengthen due to pain, has reduced the discomfort/pain for more than a few hours. Investigated stem cell injection therapy, but here in California it's over $9000 for reputable treatment. Looks like I'll just have to live with it. But won't stop working out and keeping healthy 😊

Hello Dr Ennis, I have a TCCP tear which has not healed for months. Can I still do some of these exercises safely? If not, is there perhaps another set you would recommend?
