I’m not sure he runs much, it’s all the employees and managers that do. As a CEO his job is to make decisions that everyone else gets done, and he has his assistants fill him in so he can make them. He seems pretty hands on though, but I doubt that it’s as difficult as it’s cut out to be, more stressful though.

Probably one of the most interesting factory tours. The guy of the electronics happened to know how to a sound system for a car, the one in the leather department used to make leather sex toys. The ingenuity of Mate to have that kind of people lead a department had led to one of the most impressive cars in a very long time. And on top of that Mate knows everything about the car. I wonder if CEOs of other companies of his stature have as much insight into their product.

He shows us things that other car collector talk about when speccing a car but we never really get to see.
