Ultimate LMM Duramax Raptor 4G Lift Pump Install (How To)

In this video I install the Airdog Raptor 4G lift pump onto my 2007 LMM Duramax. Hopefully this video will help some out there, at the time of making this video I couldn't find a video of this installed on a duramax so now there is!

What is the benefit of this pump vs the one with the filter and water seperator?

The benefit to this pump vs the pumps with filters is the cheaper price and more ground clearance. Some people like the extra filtration but in my opinion the stock filter provides adequate filtration anyways.

You keep saying cp3. Isn’t the lmm using a cp4?

The LMM is the last generation of duramax to use a CP3, the LML in 2010 went to the CP4

@@julienpenaruiz Yes you do! which is a good thing because the CP4's are known to fail and send metal shavings thru the fuel system

@@SawyersGarage yes. My truck is stock and runs perfect. Was thinking of doing the delete kit but honestly not even sure it’s worth it. I’m using hotshot secret and it’s all good. People always think by removing the cat and dPF they will gain HP but you won’t. Removing the EGR has pros and cons. With out the erg the turbo get hot …
