Just a couple of tips: 1. Use a zip tie around the old connector to the fuel tank to release it. After 40 min, this one simple trick took 5 min. 2. I didn't like the tight fit of the plate behind my fuel/brake line so I used an old piece of an engine belt and placed it under the 2 center fuel line brackets to get them further away from the frame. And 2 pieces on top under the bracket bolts so the plate sits a little higher so the nuts don't rub my brake line. 3. Don't worry about opening the injection lines. If you have a drain on the bottom of the filter, open it up, bump the key and send a little fuel thru and into a bucket and bleed the air out this way. It will start right up. 4. If you get all done and think you have a leak at the tank... It's probably just the fuel from the old fuel line that released after you broke it loose from the fuel filter. :)

After a lot of research, this seems to be a very good option, I have a 02 5.9 with a Delphi fuel pump, it works piddling around and runnin down the road at 12 psi, but if I need to floor it, the psi drops to the floor

Thanks for sharing that video, you guy's are awesome! You'd think airdog might step up one of these days and put out some install videos of their own! I wish someone would post a video of the 150 install where apparently you have to modify your in tank fuel module regardless of weather old pump is block or in tank mounted. I'll probably figure mine out by then but could help someone in future? My instructions from airdog for 150 install completely suck! (02 Cummins)

You all need to trim the bracket that hangs down .my dmax bottomed out on the trailer and pulled the lines and wires out lucky i had fuses . because it could of been really bad day.was just pulling it on the trailer to go to the track. Really cool design but for a quick install but I don't want anyone to have the same problem I did

Another tip is to use 2 small hook shaped picks on fuel tank hose retainer clip. Insert a pick between each blue tab and fuel line fitting to release. Did it one handed from wheel well, no problem.

Installing this today and notice the plate is a tight fit. Does it matter of those fuel/brake lines rub against that Plate? Worries me a little.

Had one installed Jul 2013. It crapped the bed by Nov 2014. They refused to make things right. Went back with the factory LP. It's Jun 2024, n it's still running strong. Buyer beware.

You can put this on a toggle switch but we do not suggest it. If you forget to turn it on it will cost you and injection pump, and if you were in a wreck and the pump continued to run it is a safety hazard. No, a lift pump block off plate is not needed here.

Had a question so im going to be doing this same setup do to that my truck wont start not getting fuel to that bolt closest to the radiator like you mentioned and cracked opened 1,34 and still nothing means its time to upgrade to this raptor 150

The 98.5 to early 2004’s did not have a in tank pump from factory. If it has an in tank pump, it was converted to that. So make sure 100% that you do have an in tank pump. If you do, you will want to make sure that you get a Airdog Raptor kit that for the trucks with in tank pumps.

Depends on the truck but if its for a 94-02 truck (Dodge), yes it will need to be bled out before starting.

Yes, this will cure your problem if you are losing lift pump pressure when you are really working the truck. If the truck has a Edge Comp, and you are still running the factory lift pump, the Airdog is a absolutely necessary upgrade! Aftermarket lift pumps supply adequate supply pump pressure to your injection pump to keep it running correctly!
