This is awesome, being easily one of my favorite Marvel characters since I first saw the original Deadpool movie from 2016, I must say I want to really find a way to make him and Wolverine synergistically work as I’m sure there’s a way but, I will have to find it as I’m not sure

Can you explain the plus and minus stuff?

Basically, if something is plus on block, you're good and the opponent can't hit you. If you do a move that is +5 on block, it means that your opponent is 'stuck' for 5 frames where they can't really do anything, so you're safe. If you do a move that is -5 on block, it's the opposite. You are unable to move for 5 frames and your opponent can do what they like. I hope this makes sense
