9-5 office 5:30 home arrival 6:00-8:00 - gives tutions 8:00- 9:30 spend time with family and eats food , then goes out for a walk with my friend post dinner From 9:30 completes the assignment and then at 12:00-12:30 goes to sleep Wake up at 7:00 , then after getting freshen up I goes to my terrace to feed my plants( I have a terrace garden ) then 8:00 take a bath , after that have a breakfast and then bye I am again going to office M routine might change this year as I am getting married this year

Ayurveda recommends to go to bed before 10pm. And wake up before 6am. Maybe you can change that in your routine. Your dinner should not be later than 6pm. It is better to skip it if you are eating that late. Breakfast and lunch are important. Lunch should be your biggest meal. 1 job is more than enough. after 6pm you should rest and prepare for bed. @@randomsoul_84 Rupam, I am glad you have send me a message. What is the reason that you are eating at 10pm? Please put all your effort in it to change it to an earlier time. Take your time for this if you have too. You do not have to eat dinner when it is that late. Maybe you are able to skip it? Are you eating dinner because you have to or because you have forgotten and still thinks you need to eat dinner no matter how late it is. Anything you eat after sunset can lead to diseases over time, so it is definitely worth changing this habit. Much love. Xx

I can relate to this comment and what I'd like to say is that having milk and washing feet, face, etc is something that you can incorporate in your life easily. Another important thing is switching off tv, phone,etc about 2 hours or at least an hour before. This is the easy part that I guess is easy to follow.

@@FitTuber o bhai 😅 ek nind lene ke liye bhi itna sab kuch karna padta he 😅 me to aangan me khatiya dal ke ek pillow leke chadar dal ke so jata hu 😅 subah jagne ka bhi man nahi hota aesi badiya nind aati he 😅 jitna jyada simple hoge utni jyada nind aayegi 😅 aapne ye sab tarike bataye isme se ek bhi ek din miss ho gaya to puri rat yahi sochne se nind nahi aayegi ki aaj ye miss ho gaya aaj achi nind nahi aayegi negativity mind me fail jayegi 😅

Absolutely right, but that doesn't Sells ,that's why he doesn't promotes, majority of people at India doesn't have capacity to digest Diary products, this is called LACTOSE intolerance ( LACTASE is the Enzyme which helps the Body to digest DIARY products), since 9 out 10 INDIAN ( urban populations, ) lacks ADEQUATE PROTEIN IN their body , according to 2015 Times of India Mumbai edition, & HINDUSTAN TIMES same city and same year

How I go to sleep : I close my eye after few minutes I ask my sister I can't sleep she tells me "shut up and let me sleep" than I go to kitchen search for food in fridge ,eat while watching something on tv ,until my mom or dad awake shout at me I watch tv and finally going to bed again and sleep

With the help of ur previous videos, I started doing few of the things shown in this video and I must say I benefitted a lot. The major thing which I started is to go to bed between 9 and 9:30 and wake up between 4:30 and 5 in the morning (of course your videos motivated for this as well) . I am really really happy with this routine and I my health is much better than before. I get amazing benefits from all ur videos. Thank you so much fittuber for everything 🙂😇 you are the fitness Guru!!

Nothing can guarantee you a long life my friend. Even a completely healthy person can die due to some infectious disease or some accident. You shouldnt think about years of life, that's jus comical xD. Even a person living 100 years could have a miserable and unbearable life. So stop thinking about years of life and start working on your life and lifestyle; physical, mental and emotional health will come automatically. Health isnt something to pursue or achieve, it's a consequence of a good lifestyle. This guy is just trying to make people realise that and improve their lifestyle.
