Just cracked 60+ days of doing this every day, sometimes 2 to 3 times a day. I am calmer, happier and more productive. If you're reading this - highly recommend you do the same and see what happens. Much love to all.

@@HandsOnMeditation I agree. I have no intention of downloading this or any of the Hands on Meditation videos. I appreciate all your hard work that has gone into creating these videos. September 2024 will mark two years since I started using this video. My wife joined me in December 2022 and together, we have only missed six days. We have remained healthy through this period. Thank you.

This is probably wildly inappropriate, but I cannot help sharing: I was addicted to crack, and the sensations/buzzing in the body/mind after round five are what I would experience for the first 15 seconds after a toke. It probably goes without saying, but the breathing is a much cleaner feeling. 😅 Forever grateful for these breathing exercises. I wish everyone well on their journey.

If you’re struggling to get to the longer breathe holds, try your practice first thing in the morning - I’m always able to get longer holds that way. Second best time is before bed. Be kind with yourself and understand that it’s not a competition, and doing the work puts you one step closer to your Best Self ❤

KZbin did not provide an explanation. I believe it tripped an automatic action because I credited Wim Hof in the title. The main content was not a problem.
