I have loved shoes since I was a teenager wearing my high platforms during the 1970's. At the age of 67, I now prefer ballet loafers and maybe a block heel boot. The last time I wore stilettos was at my daughter's wedding in 2013. You look fabulous in all of your shoe collection. Love the dresses you are wearing at the end of the video.

Marnie, thank you so much for this video. I don’t have a large shoe budget, and each year I try to find a new pair of sandals that will go with most of my wardrobe. I truly appreciate all of the options you presented as well as your experience with each. You saved me so much time! I really love the Sam Edelman platform wedge. I always find sandals with a slight wedge to be more comfortable than a flat shoe. I also love the Time and Tru double buckle block heel sandals. I love that you mentioned the no tie shoe laces. I am 38 and I have small feet. Size 2 - 3 in big kids. A lot of the shoes have those laces and it always made me insecure honestly. That made me feel better when you mentioned that ❤

I bought the Birkenstock shoe similar to the ones you showed at the Nordstrom sale last year and love them! Traditional Birkenstock style but in a vanilla color, sort of patent leather with big gold buckles. Love!

The hubby loves Birkenstocks and I finally found some last year that I liked. One of the design on straps look instead of original plain strap one. I know you need to break them down to feel more comfortable, but after wearing a few times I got a sore spot on the top of my foot. It took a long time to heal and this year for some strange reason that spot started hurting again. Since warm weather was almost over when I bought them, I will try them again once warm weather stays. I did find a dupe that feels better than the Birkenstocks and have worn those already this year.

Great video! I splurged on Inez pumps because I needed a classic shoe for work and they are the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I was so bummed!! Maybe the gold ones you showed are more comfortable. I’ll stick to my Hazel nude pumps for work.

I ordered the embroidered black sandals from Wal Mart and love them with my linen pants and tee from Wal Mart. Super cute. I got a similar embroidered brown sandal a month or so ago. Both are so comfortable! I also love the driving loafers. I have them in a hot pink, brown, beige and white!! Love them!
