⬇⬇English recipe follows⬇⬇ 氣炸鍋烤魷魚: 材料: 魷魚1隻 調味料: 糖1茶匙 五香粉1茶匙 生粉1茶匙 油1茶匙 生抽1茶匙 照燒汁2湯匙 處理: 1. 魷魚撕去表皮,清除內臟,清洗乾淨,擎乾水。 2 除去牙齒,洗乾淨。 3. 由內至外,用廚紙索乾魷魚。 4. 加入生抽、五香粉及糖,醃5分鐘。 烹調: 1. 氣炸鍋用200度預熱3分鐘。 2. 加少許生粉在魷魚上。 3. 放氣炸鍋紙入氣炸鍋。 4. 放魷魚入氣炸鍋。 5. 掃少許油在魷魚上。 6. 氣炸鍋用200度氣炸10分鐘。 7. 10分鐘後,取出魷魚。 8. 切開一片片,完成。 Airfrying grilled cuttlefish: Ingredients: Cuttlefish 1 No. Seasoning: Sugar 1 tsp Five spices 1 tsp powder Tapioca starch 1 tsp Oil 1 tsp Teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp Preparation: 1. Put airfrying paper in airfryer. 4. Put cuttlefish in airfryer. 5. Brush little oil on top of cuttlefish. 6. Airfry at 200 C for 10 minutes. 7. Take out cuttlefish after 10 minutes. 8. Slice it.
