I WOULD ONLY CHANGE THE CLOSETS TO LARGER. BE REALISTIC. WE ALL HAVE A LOTS OF CLOTHES.. MOST CLOSETS ARE TOO SMALL EVEN THOUGH THE SIZE OF BEDROOMS ARE SPACIOUS..

Beautiful home. Especially for a good sized family. I've got an idea for that 5th bedroom. It could be used for a kids study room. They can bring their homework and study or utilize it for a mini classroom if they're homeschooling.

Add a pony wall at the entrance, tile the showers, add a front porch and a nice deck! Landscaping will make a huge difference!

It's absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It hurts. Compared to my 600 as ft 1959 trailer that has no living room or dinning room. It's like having our own cells. My room is on the porch. With screens and black plastic to keep the mosquitos out. Every summer I dread the heat that makes us fry. Ugh. I'm just happy we have a roof over our head. For now. New owners of park have been complaining about everything. Seems they have bigger plans for this park. Don't include our old mobile home. I painted it . It looks nice to me. Anyway this mobile home is a dream you have here. Got me all watery eeyed. I'm envious. Maybe one day when our country gets out of its hard times. We can afford one of these.

I usually love white tile in the master shower but I really love the brown tile in this master shower. Very beautiful home. This home would be perfect for my one son who has 5 children. My other son would need this on a basement foundation for extra bedrooms for they have eight children. A very beautiful home for a bigger family. Thank you for showing a home for a bigger family.

This house is huge, but if you could find an 3bedroom, and 2/3 bathrooms, but on site with an sitting porch,garage,large pantry,livingroom,den,large kitchen with gas stove,coat closet near front entrance.,large dinningroom.Wow, I'm done. I thank you for your Religious overtones, Is very nice to hear. I like seeing the real star of your show- little Cullen, your son. He is so handsome and looks like you. It's nice that you include him in some of your show. Also it is nice that you include your wife in your shows. You are an all around family man and a religious man as well. This home is nice, but seems to lack a pantry and storage. If you're looking for more mobile home places to tour, my state of PA, particularly Lancaster County has several. It has lots of fun family places not far from there. If he's into trains, Cullen would love Dutch Wonderland and the Strasburg Railroad! Just giving you options of other areas to tour as you requested of us fans! Always happy to see new videos. I watch them with my morning breakfast and coffee.

Hey Chance! That room you forgot was there? You called it the 5th bedroom but I didn't see a closet. I'd make it my Music Studio Room. I'd probably make the Family Room into my Library/Office Room and put French doors instead of the barn door, and make the fireplace a gas/butane one. I'd also add a wood-burning stove or fireplace in the living room. The area in the utility room where the shelves are is the only place I see where a pantry could go, and that is a pretty small space. Do not Ike having a sink in the island, so I'd have to change that. I do kinda like the U shape of the island though. Rest of kitchen and dining room okay. Of course I'd put a handicap ped tub in the Master Bathroom and put a door and bench seat in the shower. It's a very open living room kitchen and dining room area, which I'm not a big fan of. But they have been making most of them that way for a while now it seems. There's some not as open though, and frankly, I like them better. Everyone has their own opinion of what's the best. I guess that's why there are so many different models to pick from! But good video Chance! God bless y'all.

Hey Chance. Oh darn. I was hoping those support beams were part of the layout for some separation from the living room. I don’t want a prep sink. Nice laundry room. Ok love the family room but would want pocket doors or just a regular door. I prefer a wood burning fireplace. Nice guest bedrooms and Jack and Jill bathroom. Loving the master bedroom. Thank you so much, because we are contemplating a permanent move to GA near Rincon & this would be perfect. Not so much as the size because there's just 2 of us so a 2 bedroom with an office is great for us, maybe even a 3 bedroom must be a 2 bath & no sliding doors due to my dog. Afraid of breaking the window in the sliding door. Also an indoor laundry room with a sink, a coat closet near the front door and no carpet in the main living areas. Huge kitchen & a pantry. Trying to get qualified for a loan for about $175,000 to $200,000 to buy, showers must have tile all the way up so no moisture gets behind the insert. Walk-in shower. Most of my ideal house.

Not a fan of Jack and Jill or Jake and Julia baths! Put the door in the hallway for easier guest access as well. Would also revamp the laundry room and kitchen. We have a Palm Harbor Tradewinds home. It also could use some changes that we didn’t know we needed until we lived in it! Thanks for all the tours. I enjoy watching.

I really enjoyed the size of this model. They dressed out the master shower very nicely.the bath tub shape is is unique. I think it looks inviting. The extra bedroom is a bonus. I'd like it to be an office, a music room or a craft room.

No pantry dance for this home.☹ Also, I've noticed looking at manufactured home floor plans over several years, that adding a 5th room on the doublewide box frame sacrifices closet space & almost always one of the 5 rooms is only 8 or 9ft wide. This particular model wouldn't be my choice. Nice tour as always.
