I was on twitter today and i saw that the update finally came out! so i played it, and it was some good fun. i did enjoy it quite a bit, though it is very hard.

I can tell you this much, playing this on Violent is no joke. During the first room where you have the two Mindflayers with protection, I felt I could make diamonds with how hard I was clenching. This level, even on standard from what I’m seeing is no joke. It really is a warning if you’re perfecting an entire act. Edit: To give you an idea as to how difficult it is. Malicious Faces get enraged when they fall below 50% HP. Same thing with the Mindflayers. The attacks are extremely fast and hit hard and you have to wait longer for Hard Damage to recover if you’re below S rating on Style.

yeah man. i played it on violent and gave up at the sisyphus fight. for me, its the first room encounter with the cerberi and the ferryman. the ferrymen in this level fucking suck. ill probably p-rank it on violent sooner or later, but the non-boss rooms are fucking nightmarish.

You're not just perfecting an entire act, you also need to beat P-1 to open the door. You're perfecting 2 entire acts and beating the previous superboss.

I made the fatal error of playing my first time on violent, and it took me like 10-15 deaths just to get to the boss, another 5 on panopticon, and then like.. way too many on sisyphus. I had to actually quit because my hands started to hurt. I spent at least 100 attempts on it and got it really low maybe 3 times

Day 1 of this level on violent was fucking hell. And I was able to p-rank minos only with fisticuffs pretty often, so yeah it was nightmarish. He didn't even have any parries on stage 2 until that got patched in. Humbles even the finest of ultrakill players (of which I am not)

Honestly, dude, i feel like your playstyle is simply nit suited to that last room. I don't remember having that much truble with it. What i absolutely despise is the blood corridor, which you didn't struggle with as much as i do. Then again, i AM on Violent so idk
