hello YuB. I don't have much advice to give this time around so here's this: - A lot of people say you have to P-rank P-1 to go to P-2. You DO NOT have to P-rank it, but you do have to Beat P-1 to get to P-2, which you already did. - You can add custom music into the cybergrind !!!! you gotta go into the files and into the cybergrind folder, and then go into the music folder, and put an mp3 of the song you want into there. After, reload ultrakill (if you had it running), and go to the blue terminal, go to the music option, go to custom, and press the plus sign to add them to your playlist. - P-2 is INSANELY hard. when I say insanely hard I mean it is the hardest level in ultrakill right now, so you best be prepared for that. here are a few tips: ·make sure to keep jumping or sliding while in battle, that'll give you more style ·try practicing coin-punching more, it can be insanely fun to pull off, that way the marksman has more use than just being a source of extra damage ·don't shotgun-swap too often, that'll just make you rack less style. if you want, try changing one of the shotguns to a jackhammer to make you shotgun swap *slightly* less (i recommend putting the jackhammer to sawed-on) hope this helps :)

By the way when you're struggling with style then try to stay in the air as much as possible, doing stuff while in the air for a while can multiply the style you get from it up to 3x (look at the bottom of the style info when you jump). this literally got me from constantly finishing with under 25k style in this level to 32k the next attempt lmao

I know that everyone is saying "P-2 is really hard!", don't worry too much about it. You WILL die, but it's nothing impossible or insurmountable. (TL;DR Prioritizing) My main tip for upcoming P-Ranks and other levels is PRIORITIZE targets, a great example of that is 3:00, that sentry is going to kill you if you don't at least be warry of its existence Not every enemy is killable BEFORE it becomes a threat, so remembering a sentry exists is half the battle of beating it, as seen in the fact that you didn't HAVE TO kill that sentry until 3:27, you were aware it existed in the room, dodged/worked around it, then finished it off, that kind of awareness will be key to beating/P-ranking levels. (And not every choice is as clear cut as taking out a sentry before killing a few strays) (TL;DR Disengaging from large combats) Another good thing to remember is at times like 4:00, you might want to disengage, make some space and pick off some smaller targets, like in the cybergrind,

Quick tip for sentries, if a sentry shoots a coin it will deflect back onto itself and instantly kill itself. (Chargeback that can similarly be done with a Maurice) Timing this consistently will be helpful for later levels and P-2. Try practicing with the Sentry or Maurice (Malicious Face) in Sandbox.

Tip for core nukes: if you press dash instantly AFTER launching the Maurice rail cannon on the projectile, it's a consistent way to avoid getting damaged by the nuke even if you made the explosion happen 2 inches from yourself. It's consistent because when the railcannon hits the core projectile, the game freezes for a small time as a satisfying effect, and buffering dash at any time during that freeze will make you dash at exactly the same time as the explosion happens

Don't know if you know this but: The main use of the spinney cool revolver thing is A: good in close encounters B: It destroys projectiles! This means if you see a Maurice spawn, you can wait for the first projectile to spawn, shoot the projectile with the charged up spin thing, and it will do damage to the Maurice form the explosion, and knock all of its other projectiles back into its face, if you did it right it insta-kills it. (This also works with mind flayers, but i don't think it insta-kills them. Also if you punch an enemy with the screwdriver it does all the over-time damage in one blow, and the screw starts travelling again, meaning you can chain it between enemies.

Hey YuB, I've got a bunch of tips regarding regular gameplay and style that don't require parrying your enemy's bullets, so I hope you'll read them They might be useful for when you're going to try P-2 and honestly just general gameplay. - You can dodge pretty much everything with a well-timed dash. I'm talking stray bullets, maurice explosions and even turret shots. It can even negate damage, like when you overcharge the green shotgun. - Projectile boost (parrying your own shotgun bullets) is pretty darn good for style, almost as good as parrying even. If you manage to do it and get a direct hit on a stray or a filth for example, the green text saying "projectile boost" will pop-up in the style bar and you will receive 90 style points, compared too the 100 style points that parrying gives. Keep in mind though, you will ONLY get the green text and style points if the projectile boost is a direct hit. - Switching quickly between guns is good for style, because of the quickdraw style message, as it gives to 50 style points, so switching between your shotguns is not a bad thing. You can try doing it with the pistols too. - Don't switch to a specific weapon too often. On the right at the bottom of the style menu there is a red bar. That is a multiplier for style. the more often you use a specific gun for killing/style, the lower this multiplier becomes. You can negate/recover this by switching to a variety of guns. I know you've been trying this, but I just wanted to explain why you should if you didn't know yet. - For style, try staying in the air or sliding as much as possible. When you're in the air/sliding, a multiplier wil increase on the right in the style menu that will increase the amount of style you get from actions. This multiplier can go up to 3x, but will go away if you're running or standing normally. It'll also make it more difficult for certain enemies to hit you. - Some tech for the chainsaw that can also be good for style (if it kills an enemy) is the Unchained saw. If you use the knuckleblaster just a tiny bit before you shoot your chainsaw, the chainsaw will get "parried" and released from your gun for a bit. this will make the chainsaw bounce off the walls and you can get the "unchained saw" style message if it kills an enemy, which gives you 120 style point. This can be good for closed off rooms with filth and strays. I thought I'd tell you, since you don't use the chainsaw often and this can be a good short usage of it. - Alternatively, you can also combine the projectile boost parry with the chainsaw for big damage and the combination of the no-no and projectile boost style messages. This is good for hordes of weaker enemies, but also larger enemies, since it does some incredible damage. - One thing that I also want to say. The damage on the blue shotgun's explosion is the same as a projectile boost, so you're better off using projectile boost, for style too, unless you want to make a nuke with the explosive rail cannon, like you've been doing. I hope this will help you in any way.

a tip if there are multiple virtures alive at once, try and hit two or even more if you can with one railcannon shot. because it pierces, it'll instakill them all. edit: ALSO never try to hit maurice with any explosion, rockets, the red railcannon, core eject, etc. none of them do damage. unless you shoot it with the alt fire of the red railcannon.

This tip has probably been said dozens of times already but sentries are super weak to the knuckle blaster. Not in a damage way but because they will go flying if you punch them at the right angle, and if they are charging up their gun a knuckle blast will reset them. Super useful for levels with environmental hazards, since you can launch them into it and never have to worry about getting sniped again.

Funny ways to one shot enemies 👍 Cerberi - You can oneshot Cerberus by grappling to them or just going near them after charging a cannon ball from the green rocket and then parrying it right after you shoot that way it hits them twice instakilling them 🔥 (if u parry too fast it may only hit em once) Maurice - Yu prob get this alot but you can one shot em by shooting the sharp shooter at their first projectile while they are shooting Railcoinin - you can kill both of these enemies by doing rail coining which in 6-1 you can do to kill both the swordsmachine AND one of the maurices instantly on the first room, you can also insta kill hideous masses and swordsmachines with this yeah- UUUuh yeah Reply to these if u have any more funny ideas that isn't overcharging a mindfleyer.

The best tip I can give is to brush up the movement, for example: - Use more down slam to get momentum and jump higher. - Use dashes ( the jump dashes are not as useful because they use 2 stamina points ) . - Try to slide more aggressively ( what i mean by that is to try to sort of spam your slide button to have better movement when going left and right or/and in circles, that can also help avoid some Minos Prime and Sisyphus Prime attacks ). When sliding aggressively you can pause or stop at any moment and your hitbox becomes that bit smaller. - You can use the dashes to go left, right and backwards. -Try to 'slide jump', just slide in a direction and jump whenever and when landing ( completely on the ground ( must be fast ) slide -> jump right after, if you learn to do this you can also change direction while slide jumping, this can be used when insanely fast to keep the momentum and go sonic speed. - I DONT KNOW if you know how to 'slam storage' but it is very useful at the start of some levels to blaze through the first sections, when jumping on a wall use 'down slam', when done right you will get yellow-orange trails around you without actually 'down slamming' and when hitting the ground you can change that STORED DOWN SLAM into: - Forward momentum, slide jump when hitting the ground after a 'slam storage'. - Upward momentum, jump after a 'slam storage'. - Diagonal momentum, when hitting the ground do a 'reverse slide jump', by that I mean jump and then slide: jump -> slide. When done right you will go very high diagonally forwards with white trails around you ( because you're pretty much sliding in the air ). Note: When slide jumping DONT DASH, DONT 'DOWN SLAM' AND DONT KEEP SLIDING because when you dash or 'down slam' you lose all your speed and you have to regain it and when you keep sliding your speed gets capped out, but when sliding you still CAN regain your speed. This video was awesome, YuB. Second, here's a tip for you: In the final arena of 6-1, you can try and slab charge 4 coins into 1 HM, tag the other with all the blue & green saws and a few more guns and finish up the first HM to kill them quicker.

1. if you use the sharpshooter alt fire at a maurice thats firing orbs, it will deflect back the orbs which can kill the maurice very fast if done right 2. cerberuses can die very fast if you shotgun parry and use the rocket and repeat. does not work on maurice 3. coin parry can exponentially increase damage with every coin when you punch them, not too practical in regular fights but using it it boss fights are very powerful 4. if a rocket you are riding runs out you can fire another one at the ground and whiplash it it ride it, it runs out of fuel very quickly after a few rockets 5. sentries can be hit with the knuckleblaster while in the ground to be uprooted, they also get launched

My fav ways to kill enemies fast: Filth + Stray = Sawblade is the fastest by far. It goes through them so you only need to shoot a few unless they're far apart. You could also use shotgun parrying for an aoe effect. Maurice = Knuckleblaster + 2 charges on the pump shotgun + ground slam directly on top of it. My favorite way is to parry one projectile + 2 charge pump shotgun. Cerberus = S.R.S cannon then parry the cannon into them. Virtue = Yeah just use 3 charge pump shotgun. V2 (1st fight) = Parry a coin into him 5 times unless on Brutal difficulty. Honestly fastest ways to accumulate damage on enemies is to use sawblade + green variant and railcoining.

YuB, first off, got back around to you, glad to see you making progress in the YT algorithm! Secondly, Knuckleblaster on Sentries (the sniper guys that beep) knows them back FAR, useful for forcing them into hazards like pits or spinning rooms of blood (oops) Third, experiment some kinda routes for each room in P-2, it’ll help, not saying watch sm super comp combo routes, just find some pattern you can use to help with consistency. Fourth, if you ever decide to P all over P-2, there’s a door that leads straight to the boss fight before the Cerberus room, you can use it to build consistency with the boss before the inevitable P the whole level just to die to smth stupid. Edit: I came up with more while watching :/ 5) Melee and Gun run on different cooldowns, so while blasting people with the shotgun in their face, you can add free dmg by knuckleblasting all over them. 6) please move around more, the coins are aimbotting for you, all you need to do is shoot them and they’re consistent with your movement. Pretty please just use your hitscan and traps more, they require less brainpower than estimating projectile speed and stuff, so it’ll be easier to focus on *schmovement* 6) speaking of movement, I feel like you forgot about the Dash-> jump combo, and if you haven’t, you can conserve the speed by sliding when you land and jumping immediately after. Kinda becomes a no-brainer after a while

Hey, if you havent already, go into your HUD settings and set them to always appear on top. It’ll make your health and stamina appear in front of your weapons so that doing things such as whiplashing dont block your health.

Hey Yub about P-2, it is a very hard level so even if you have P-ranked all the level I highly recommend mastering at least some of the main techs like railcoining, the SRS rocket launcher and learning enemies attack pattern. Trust me you will need it. Also please make full use of conductor as it is very broken even against high health enemies. Also virtues can be easily killed with 3 overpump charges so don't waste your railcannon on that and make full use of the knuckleblaster as it can deflect enemy projectile which will help when being overwhelmed by maurices and mindflayers. Other than that I wish you the best of luck for P-2.

Welp P-2 would now be accessible👀 btw if you plan on P-Ranking P-1 : You might think it's really hard to P-Rank P-1 so here's a few tips : -To gain some times, at the start of the level you can directly jump at the end of the spinal bone staircase (to the right, kind of hard to aim at the start) -You can use your grapple to exploit the torch to try finding where you need to go at the start -As you already know, use the Core Nuke to instantly destroy every eyes, but you already know that, once you mastered it, the boss is really quick -For Minos, the only tip I can give is about movements : don't jump and stay in the air too much that's where you're the slowest, but try sliding continuously more often, it's when you're the fastest -You might think it's hard but think it this way : you only need to beat 2 boss in a single try, it's quick to retry, and not that long to do in a whole run In any case, I think you're skilled enough to do it, you might even be impressed by yourself, you just need some perseverance and training on the level Good Luck !

You can instakill Sentries (the turret guys) and Cerberus with the SRS Cannon (the green rocket launcher) You just need to shoot the cannonball in them and parry it after it hits them Virtues (the angels) can be instakilled with the Overpump Shotgun (Green) with max pump, you can avoid taking damage from the explosion with a well timed dash You can also instakill Maurices and Sentries with the right timming by using coins to deflect their energy beams You can also also explode projectiles with the Sharpshooter pistol (red variant), it is one of the best ways to kill Maurices and can some times instakill them

Punch (Or melee parry) an enemy with a drill at the end of the drill cycle (When the drill sound becomes more high-pitched) for an extra boost of damage to said enemy. and it does more damage than regular railcannon and malicious railcannon when the drill is parried, best use this for bosses. Plus if you shoot a screwdriver onto a Mindflayer it prevents them from teleporting.

Virtues are very annoying to deal with, so it's good to know you can one shot them with your railcannon, as you already know, and that you can also one shot them with an overpumped green shotgun, which is going to be a bit faster than using the other shotguns to kill them. Sentries are also annoying. They have slightly more health than virtues but you can still kill them quickly with a knuckleblaster punch and the overpump, or by punching the green railcannon out of them, or by using the cannonball the same way you use it to kill a cerberus.

Small tip you can one shot (technically 2 shot) a cerberus (statue guy) with the green rocket launcher by firing the cannon ball and hitting it with your fist. you also get the dunked style.

just so you know, P-2 requires A LOT of movement and shooting at the same time, believing in you 🫡🫶🏻 edit: sentries are more deadly then virtues, because each attack is half your full health (50hp)!! sentries killed you most of the time in these attempts.. both virtues and sentries are annoying and should be top priority when entering a room…

Throughout the entire video, YuB did not use the rocket launcher once (besides cannonball). It’s understandable, I didn’t either when I was at his skill level and it’s certainly the weapon with the highest skill floor. I suggest to you, YuB, to try practicing using it. Whether it be lighting things on fire, moving quicker with oil, or just stacking frozen rockets for damage, it’ll be worth for… what you’re about to do.

an insane way to get every single rico-shot is to look down 45 degrees and toss a coin then instantly look up to where the coin is going and shoot it this should work if you did this right i figured this out myself but u seemed to struggle using coins so heres a good tip another reason is because this way is VERY FAST so its good to use this method

In the first room of 6-1, you can ignore the swordsmachine pretty much. The reason why it died without you touching it is because Maurice instakills almost anything when it falls upon death. Even idoled enemies will die when crushed by Maurice. You can just make sure swordsmachine is under Maurice when you kill it

There is a quick kill on maurice that i use a-lot where you use the sharpshooter, the sharpshooter can explode enemy projectiles and if you shoot the first orb in maurice’s volley it will explode sending the rest of the orbs in to maurice as the spawn killing him practically instantly

A tip with maurice is to use the sharpshooter's RMB attack at a maurice's mouth before he fires his base attack. hope that helps
