This is the best video I’ve seen for the ultraview arrows your opinion is the best I’ve heard I also think it’s ridiculous how plenty of archers are complaining about the price then just don’t buy them lol. I will be buying some because I want to have the best setup possible but to each there own great video man!

What people don’t understand is that if you miss, a team of navy seals shows up . Once on the scene they make you a drink to calm your nerves, finds your arrow. Then they snaps the nears 180 or better deer neck . So it could be worse. Bishop fad eliminators lol

Good vid. For the price the inserts should be titanium 1000%. Not excited about the overall arrow weight for my trad setup for the elk woods. I prefer a 575 trad setup. These would work for a whitetail no problem but the price point is dumb for whitetail.

You made some valid points When you mentioned the prices of building your arrows compared to the price of UV but you built a completely custom arrow and UV are 100% stock arrows. There is nothing custom about it, pre fletched, pre wrapped, only 1 type of insert/outsert. The only custom feature is they are pre cut to your specs which every store in the US will do.

@@snboutdoors9567 I agree with you. That is why I never said they are custom arrows. They are premium though which is why the price is where it is. Ultraview is not really a custom company but a premium manufacturer. The description of the 1k arrows describes unmatched synergy with their components. The arrows aren’t designed to be customizable. Their goal is not about 100% customization but rather building something they believe will be great for everyone. I still am not a fan of them but like I said in the video, the 1k arrows were not made for me.

Everyone wants the highest quality hunting equipment. Whether it’s arrows , sights, even bows but no one wants to pay the money. They complain too complain. UltraView is in my opinion on top of their game. Quality is outstanding and I don’t mind spending the extra money because I know the product I’m buying is the best of the best..

@@wpshelton I didn’t really know how to break down the assembly cost, assuming we are both thinking about the cost of an arrow saw and a fletching jig and the other things. Even if you had everything, it still cost money to get. If you pay someone to fletch and everything, it would probably be even higher than the Ultraviews. Great comment!

I get what your saying, but when you make that practice shot or that hunting harvesting shot, you still need to understand it's gonna boil down to the skill of the archer as long as your shot hits the kill zone, a good shot is a good shot

I imagine the reason victory wasn't previously offering a 1k carbon weave shaft is the price. I believe a dozen bare shaft 1k weave would be the most expensive shaft we've seen on the market.

@@dirtjunkie2749 You’re probably right. The idea of the 1k weave is great in theory but a whitetail hunter certainly doesn’t need anything that strong just to shoot deer at 40 yards and in. It would be great for Elk, Moose, and other large animals. Especially at distance. I appreciate the comment!

@@kellyskinner7282 Gold Tip Hunter XTs will get the job done($109.99/ dozen bare shaft). Victory Rip V6 if you want 5mm(same price as the Hunter XTs). If you want something even cheaper, Gold Tip Warriors will do great(65.99/ dozen bare shaft). There are plenty of good options out there for guys on a budget. For broadheads, QAD Exodus are really great and are competitively priced.

The 1k ultraviolet comes in a 6 pack so you will have to double the price to equal a dozen compared to the x10 parallel pro dozen shafts.

@@terellloper194 The basis is 219.99 divided by six shafts. Double it to 439.98 and divide by twelve and the price is the same per shaft. The X10s are 424.92 for a dozen as I set them up. That is where the numbers I came up with.

Sirius Apollo .204 is quality arrow, pricy but nothing near Ultraview. Sleeved outsert system. Add wrap and vanes. Nocks come with. 214.00 dozen for shafts, sleeved outserts and nocks. .001 straightness.

My problem isn’t the price only. It is the fact they don’t sell components separately and if an insert is lost in foam or a fletching is lost you have to buy a new arrow. That is unsustainable. Also how do you compare the most expensive titanium inserts to Ultraviews aluminum ss hybrid is not the same. If I can get components separately and they cut back on the over done packaging for arrows they would be worth a look.

@@mikeftball44 I never said the Ultraview components were great. In fact, in conversation, I have agreed that titanium would have been a far better choice, especially due to the price. The point of comparison was not to say the arrows are totally equal, just to show a price to price comparison. I completely agree with lost components and fletchings being a hindrance with these arrows.
