I actually didn’t watch Kill Bill Vol. 1 & 2 until about 2 months ago for the first time. It is now my favourite Tarantino movie, and one of my all time favourite movies. Some of the best fight scenes ever put to film, incredible dialogue (Trademark Tarantino), and Uma was perfect for the role.

I've always liked Uma Thurman's personality. I first saw her as Poison Ivy when I was like 8. Seeing her being interviewed and such over the years has grown in me such a respect for her. I love her voice and how she's powerful and self assured but also kind and funny. I'm really glad she has spoken out. It feels so good when one of your idols finally speaks up and out. Thank you for taking your time to get your mind, heart, and statement in order, Ms. Thurman. For being honest, and courageous. Tarantino forced her to do her own driving stunt in a car that was a death trap. That's how she got the knee injury she refers to in this interview. She could have been killed, but big shot Tarantino had to have his scene, his way. Everyone else be damned.
