Do you rest at all between reps or justs turn around and sprint again after the jog? That's some crazy amount of running. :-)

That is similar to our high school run test but we just do as many as possible.

So you have 42 secs to get back, and any extra time is rest? Or is there a specific rest time? Also what’s considered a fail? If you don’t make it back in time?

HELL NO I could barely do 6 of these in college and we only had to do it 10 times LOL (with 110 yards)
