I don't see were there was ducking and diving in what he said. The problem most people have is that they have their own narrative of whatever is the truth, if one tries to lead you to a fact that you don't fully understand you call that ducking and diving. That is the reason ANC and The IEC have been losing cases its all because they interpreted the law wrongly and acted impetuously and ended up entangling themselves in the process and lost the cases. Truth is since former President Zuma announced himself that he was going to vote and campaign for the MK party, the ANC and the IEC have been running like headless chickens trying to stop the floodgates that were open and people are running into the MK and joining the party.
