while booking you have to select senior citizen and one option would come do they need someone to attend when you select, it would ask some money after paying a special ticket would be generated. When your grandparents reach the airport they need to show that near baggage counter. He or she would accompany your grandparent till they board and also after deboarding

Air India did this for me when I was a kid. It was my first flight and they even took me to the cockpit in flying aircraft. (Late 90s when people didn't treat flights as missiles). I got to learn about the cockpit, talked to the pilots and had the best time of my life.

I was 14 ,when our school went for a tour from northeast* shillong to Kolkata....while returning i was left alone. so i called my dad and told me to go to the police station using Google map. than i narrated every thing.....to a sub inspector lady officer...she luckily bought a last flight ticket for me...for the next day....i spend night at her home...they treated me well.....the next day when i was about to go....i wasn't feeling to leave them caz i made a good friend,it was her daughter ,my age . so ya i returned back safely. btw she's so gorgeous now. and the teacher was expelled.

We were on train station, but our group teacher was busy talking with her gf, while entering the train,idk suddenly from where those transgender pooops out.....i got puched and puched and puched......and i got confused which one was our compartment. I can vouch for Unaccompanied Minor Svc for Indigo. My daughter used their service between 5yrs-12yrs. I never had a problem with their svc & my daughter was always well looked after. She soon became an expert in flying solo. Now, as a teenager, she has no problem flying solo anywhere.

Everything is good, but it's a challenging task to get into the aircraft if you are travelling with an infant, No priority boarding, No extra leg room seats can be selected. Indigo should try to take care of mom's who travel with infants.

That’s not true. You get to board first if you’re with infant even if you don’t ask for it. They themselves will approach you and ask you to board. Happened with me.

I was 8 , when I flew from Mumbai to Delhi On jet airways , an experience even after 30 yrs i have failed to forget .....i was alone ..... Got an middle row seat , and plane was taxing , the air hostess saw me trying my best to look out windows ,she was already belt in , but saw me called me and gave me a window seat , next to door .... , And plane was already taxing... What an experience nd as soon as sat down it took off and my belt wasn't on .. didn't care ...

I have travelled a hundreds of kilometers alone as a minor,I have gone on school trips,treks,camps etc. I've never really felt scared or homesick.She is looking a little too small,she's looking like 10 or 11,I travelled solo when I was almost 13,and I think by the time you're 15 or 16 you can travel alone.My mom was an air-hostess and I lived very close to the airport,so I was very clear on how to catch flights but yes it is very scary for the parents to send kids alone like this,it doesn't matter how old you are,it's important to be well educated in advance and be stress-free...❤❤❤✨️God bless this girl ❤

IndiGo is definitely the best airlines today in the domestic traffic space. I had a great experience and support the last time I flew to Hyderabad. IndiGo is the only preference whenever I take a domestic flight.

Except that they would not let me check-in online for a domestic flight, cos I booked with an international card. And the best thing was it was through Expedia. They had to call me to confirm and said I have to present the card physically at the desk to obtain my boarding pass. Ridiculous rule as I had taken a flight with vistara and also indigo earlier in the same week
