The no contact rule is truly powerful. For example (real example) if she blocks you for the second time and sends you a friend request after a few days, DO NOT accept it. Ignore her request which allows you to test if she genuinely likes you or not. In fact, it also allows you to heal! DO NOT accept her friend request until she represents true signs of interest or disinterest IN PERSON. ACTIONS SPEAK MORE THAN WORDS!! I wish the best of luck to all of you! 😁❤️

As hard as it is, and boy its hard, the guy suffers so differently, it hits deep but that's when you dig deep, you go no contact, resist all temptations and the emotional urge to reach out, because you miss her. Instead give space, for her but more importantly for you. Build YOU. If it's meant to be, the universe will work with you. I'm into 3 weeks no contact from the love of my life, well thats what I believe and truly feel, so its hard. Stay strong peeps !!

@@gray1376 That was now about 6 months ago. After the 3 to 4 month period I just had naturally let go and moved on. Started seeing an amazing new girl the past 6 weeks. Life is good. Bottom-line, they gave up on you, and then you realise you are worth more to the right person.

I think the no contact rule is widely effective on someone who is into you but with a narcissist character . that may not successfully work on a person who doesn't love you or who stopped loving you but you weren't aware of the harsh reality . thank you so much .

The no contact rule is meant to heal you and not necessarily to punish your ex. So whether they stopped loving you or never loved you or whatever, you have to stop contacting them so as to heal yourself. It's all about you!

Also, you have brought to the surface that the process of self-healing is a goal to be achieved regardless of the experience which is by now part of the past. When the lesson is fully learnt ,then it doesn't matter if the ex is going through good or hard times. He/she is nothing now,and forever . Thank you so much for your sweet interest .

You don't want such a horrible person in you life. Once the mask they had on came off you realized they are a horrendous person and makes healing a LOT easier. Rather thank the universe you cut out such a toxic person out. If a woman can literally walk out and straight into another mans arm just states they are broken as a person and you don't want such toxicity in your life. Just think through how much needs to be broken for them to have loved you, lied to you, manipulated you, cheated on you as the other person wouldn't have been there right away if they were talking to them during the relationship, this is a person with a deep amount of trauma and will have an unfulfilling live jumping partner to partner, bad mouthing their exes yet they were the problem and never take the time to grow as a person, true child in an adults body, stay away!!

This is the best No Contact video that I have ever watched. Some other content creators focus more on selling false hopes that you'll get an ex back by doing No Contact, and that is exactly the opposite to what it its really about. Focusing on yourself should be the goal of it: retreat, regroup, rethink, and then keep moving forward your own way. It should never be used with the purpose of "getting her/him back" because you would never stop being anxious. Thanks Jessica for sharing this realistic approach and benefits of No Contact. Cheers.

This feels so manipulative. My ex did this a month ago, dumped me via text with no reasoning or explanation, refused to explain or speak to me at all and also abandoned both of our children. He used videos and phrases like this to excuse his lack of responsibility and emotional abuse towards me and my children. I don’t think I will ever be able to speak to him in any capacity again.

We were in no contact for 2 and half months. Then he found out I was sick and he called me. Then he called me on my birthday. Came once for a signature. Smiled to me when we met(we live in the same apt building). Then one night he invited me over. Said he was looking at me all evening in the garden. He really wanted to know if I have someone. I didn't give any specific answer. I tryed to leave an impression, that I'm not that into him. We were intimate. In the morning he basically told me to go. Because he had an hour to sleep and I had to get up earlier. Next day he thanked me for something I did for hes mom. And that's it. He's not contacting me for 5 days after that. Unfortunatelly I can't afford 1on1 session after my mother died. I really love the man. We've known eachother for 30 years. And in a relationship for 6 months. Yesterday he was with his exgf at his apartment together. Would You be willing to give me some advice?🙏

I was dumped by a gf I dated for many years. I just did not want to live together, otherwise we had a good relationship. So she dumped me after the serious questioning. I did no contact for 3 month. And then I wrote her friendly way. She answered me very unfriendly and cold way and said she has a man she is living with. So the no contact does not work at all.

If she already moved in with another man in less than 3 months means it's a rebound she is using to cope. This won't last as she never processed her emotions and will after time fall apart. Be thankful not to have such a person in your life that doesn't take time to heal after a breakup as they don't have the ability for self awareness and will only make relationships difficult into the future. Rather use all that energy to work on yourself and find someone better as it won't need to be much to be better it seems.

No, she is still living with the man and she is happy. We never talked again. I am still alone. Just don't trust anybody.

State clear boundaries that you won't accept this behaviour, if she goes cold you go cold 3 times as much as she clearly doesn't want to communicate or show respect.
