I had two Scott American bulldogs, Beo and Brie. They were the best dogs I ever had. Loving, intensely loyal, driven to please and only barked when there was something to alert me to. Brie passed at 11, Beo lived to be 16 and 1/2, he crossed the rainbow bridge two days ago to be with his Brie. May they both rest in peace together, Daddy misses you two so much! I will never have any other breed, my future dogs will be American bulldogs to honor their memory.

I’m pretty sure that shelters nationwide are labeling Scott type AB as Pitbulls, for starters they look very similar, secondly many dogs in shelters are well over 80lbs.
