Sorry I've been away for so long! General life stuff and school has kept me pretty busy. I am hopefully going to be able to upload more now that I've regained foothold on things. Thanks for watching! I really can't express how good this is, and how well you tied together bocchi and the feeling of belonging that so many people struggle with (myself included), and all in a relaxing format that builds each thing onto the next in a seamless way. Like this video felt like 2 minutes for me. Anyways uh very epic video yes

Don't push yourself too hard. Videos take time and dedication to make and with more time to work on it, the more polished and refined it will be. I tried it once and it was something I knew I couldn't do with what I have now. I just didn't have the time. Relatable video as Bocchi helped me realize how much of an introvert I am and how lonely I can feel.
@UnbelievableCider Жыл бұрын
Thank you for understanding. It is hard work, but I absolutely love it when I actually sit down and get working. Bocchi represents the introvert in all of us! There's nothing wrong with that, but she also presents the prospect of having a few close friends or bonds to help pull you out of loneliness. She is a character we can all resonate with, which is why I love the series.

I started watching Hanayamata recently and it touched upon this issue of wanting to belong to something your passionate about. But then doubt runs through your mind and you're pushing yourself back due to thinking you wouldn't be good at it, not getting the courage to actually take the step forward, or perhaps you don't wanna be looked down upon by for choosing to deviate from your true passions. It's something that I relate with because I still feel like I don't really belong, or if I should even attempt something new.

I know that feeling all too well. There's a lot of courage behind that first step in anything, but it opens up a lot from there! I would mention that I kinda talked about this in my Pet Girl of Sakurasou vid, but it has unfortunately been blocked and I have to appeal it :/ I haven't watched Hanayamata, would you recommend it? Thank you for watching!

An eloquent and sincere essay, I'm glad I revisited your channel! I definitely feel what you've described, it's my senior year and this discomfort and lack of belonging is something I've been grappling with. I started high school right at the start of the epidemic which threw me off, but I didn't recover which resulted in a mediocre, uneventful 4 years. I have average academics and I worked up the courage to join a club, but that discomfort always lingered as my costudents were far ahead of me and I couldn't find a way to fit in without feeling infantalized or uncomfortable. I'm sure I'll find somewhere or somewho that I can feel comfort and fulfillment in, I don't know when yet but it's down the road. I hope all goes well for you!

Thank you! It's definitely more isolating when you're surrounded by greater successes than your own, just don't forget about all that you've accomplished! I'm sure you'll find that belonging, and I hope all the best for you!

This really resonated with me since I'm going through pretty much the same thing, it's nice knowing you're not alone. Thanks for the video! Also why do you have to use By Your Side from OMORI man it has me in tears everytime 😭

You're right, it is a great feeling to know you're not alone in something like this. By Your Side is a great track! Thank you for watching!

Sorry for being so late to getting around to watching the video man, but damn what another great upload, I'm always impressed and to an extent maybe even a little envious of how you are able to put your own struggles and experiences out there for the world to see, and the way you use real-life experiences to contextualise the lessons of the stories you talk about is as masterful as always, wish you the best as always man
