Unbelievable!! I was always skeptical about using vegan cream cheese, vegan sour cream and so on as a replacement for the dairy versions of them because I though they might taste similar but they don't behave in the same way and the sciency stuff may change the texture. I havent eaten a cheesecake in 9 months, since going vegan. Thank you so much😭😭. Ill try it soon

It really is very good. Also if you're lazy 8 Tbsp of cornstarch or any other starch is 1/2 Cup so now it's even easier. :-)
