This is a really clear and helpful video. My only doubt is about the claim that pumpkin seeds contain meaningful quantities of omega 3 ALA. This nutrient is found in much more significant quantities in flax, chia or hemp seeds, and also in walnuts to a lesser degreee.

YES IT DOES.....this is the way i use and my enlarge prostate is fine now 1,,,,,half lb pumpkin seed unsalted 2....half lb walnut 3....honey as per ur taste 1.....2 lemon 4...grind pumpkin seed and walnut separately 5....mix both togather 6......add lemon juics 7....add honey 8......mix them all togather with spoon keep in the fridge eat one table spoon in empty stomach in the morning and one in the night before sleeping...u will see the difference in one month,,,hope this will help u
