Oscar, Nicely done! The PP5204R with grey dial is mesmerizing - thank you for the lovely review. May I ask if you are wearing a PP5980/1AR during your review of the 5204? If yes, it looks great and you wear it well. A couple questions if I may about the 5980: Do you find the weight on your wrist to be noticeably heavier than the all stainless steel Nautilus variants that you've worn? When comparing the wrist presence of an all rose gold PP bracelet to the AR - do you feel it is more under the radar for noticeability in public? I am currently pursuing a 5980/1AR. My 5712/1A is quite slim in base/bracelet thickness, very comfortable and almost unnervingly light weight. Also it slides seamlessly under my dress cuff (barrel / French) and is rather stealth in public. If I added the 5980/1AR to my collection do you feel it would be repetitive in that both Nautilus references fill a very similar role? If you find a moment, your thoughts please. Best, Robert

Robert firstly THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WATCHING that means the world to me. Discussion is what it’s all about and I hope you will join me on the journey. OK to a see your question the weight difference for the AR is of course dramatically different to the full rose but it won’t be too hefty for you IMO from the 5712/1a and it wears completely differently therefore I would say it fills ‘a different’ gap to the 5712. I have big wrists so the bracelet is way more suited to me than that of the 5712 but both are absolute favourites of mine. The AR for me is the ultimate shorts and T shirt summer style. When I’ve tried it with a suit it hasn’t worked for me personally but definitely a blazer and some chinos! I actually wore it in the Southampton boat show video if you want to see more of the AR it was a perfect match for that day and from memory I did a short review on it too. I also did a full review of the 5980 full rose on my video titled 48 hours in Hong Kong it’s around the middle of the video if you’d like to get a gauge on both! Hopefully that’s helpful 👌 I also have an AR in stock if you want to discuss anytime too 🙏
