Unboxing Mosses and Liverworts

Special thanks to Heather for sending me these beautiful bryophytes (mosses and liverworts)! Heather works at the Fort Museum and Frontier Village in Fort Dodge, Iowa: www.fortmuseumf....
I have always been fascinated with mosses and liverworts. After a processing/quarantine period, I will be putting these beauties in a vivarium and or terrarium of mine. Thank you again, Heather!

We probably have more liverwort than anything else on the grounds so if you need more for your frogs or a separate terrarium let me know! Happy they arrived well!

I went to this guys house and he had a paludaruim with plants only native to Papa New Guinea. The bottom was glass and the rest was out in the open, it was really pretty

@@Aquarimax yeah! I set up a vampire crab tank. Its slowly becoming a great tank. Wish i did it differently tho. They were like 6 for 90, but shipping made it 133$ so i gotta save more now

I could get you a few more pieces of liverwort, there is a lot at cactus and tropicals, and I got a ton in Indiana

Critter Girl They see, to do best with regular misting while they become established. They also seem to like pretty bright spots in the Vivarium, at least most types do.
