I have a few review on this topic. Right now considering price and features, I'd say yes it probably is. Dysons are overpriced (they have good suction but they always end up clogging up, breaking down and stinking of mould...at least my ones have!)

The only thing I spotted is Tacima power surge protector/ conditioner. What do you think of it? I found it sucks the life out of my Yamaha (I'm glad I got my electrician aka brother to do a separate plug for my HIFI so it doesn't share the line with the TV and other electronics). Just kidding about the tacima, always entertaining to watch. I hope the vacuum works out great, still rocking old almost 6 years old Dyson V8, swapped battery last month, and back to 40minutes per charge.

lol trust you to spot that :D. I'm not sure what to say about that to be honest because I haven't actually done a blind test using different extension cables. I think my current AV amp is actually plugged into a Monster 'Clean Power' unit I got maybe 12-13 years ago now. I just stuck with this noiseless power supplies because maybe it's best. This might be a good idea for the channel actually - blind test comparison between different power supplies and vs the wall? The vacuum is alright I was expecting maybe a bit better to be honest (you'll see in the next review lol). Do you ever have any problems with your Dyson? My V10 always get super clogged up. I've stripped the thing apart multiple times and clean it top to bottom..I even have 2 filters. Within 1 or 2 days, the thing is blocked up again? My house isn't that dirty ffs! When it was new it was nothing like this? (btw I also got V8 but battery gone and I haven't swapped it yet..I got a house full of electronics and I need to start ebaying quickly!)

@@propercushty The suction on my Dyson is not as it was in the first 12 months. It went downhill from there. Changed my filters, cleaned, etc. as you did but it seems to lack the original power (I would say 75% of what it was when new.) Clogging up doesn't seem the issue to be honest in my case, but the little container does fill up relatively quickly. Even after a month of daily vacuuming since I did a full kitchen renovation, hence why I'm allowed to spoil myself with something nice.

@@SzymonMelewski Oh I see. So annoying because when the Dysons are new, they are very, very good probably the best I would say. I'm going to give this Shark a go and if it doesn't turn out ok I guess I'll have to turn back to Dyson.. :( Do it..spoil yourself mate last year is proof you got to just do things and live in the moment!
