Thanks for the video, very helpful. I just purchased one for the exact same reason to remove "SLIME" spots from our couch. I usually use vinegar with dishsoap and scrub it. It usually comes out but leave the couch wet and smelling of vinegar as you can imagine . For the permanent marker please try alcohol or hand sanitiser, it should help remove it. 😊

Would it work on clothes stains? Not that it's an alternative to laundry washing but I plan to use it for spot cleaning on delicate (but sturdy fabric) garments.. I plan to use peroxide (in a separate spray bottle).. is warm water necessary? Or can I just use room temp water? Thank you!

@coffeecrumble926 i have never thought about using it on clothing to be honest, I do think you need to be careful not to damage the material as it could be a bit hard on it. Also the suction may vacuum the material in a little as it won't be as stiff as a carpet. I use warm water on mine not hot, room temp should be fine but warm may work better.

Hi there, when you switch the device on, does the water run all the time, or is it only when the trigger button is pressed? Mine seems to be spraying all the time when the vacuum is on..

Hi there, the water should only come out when you push the trigger, if its constantly running you may have to take it back for a replacement.

I just used the Britex 500ml Low-Foaming Upholstery Cleaner Which you can get at Bunnings or woolworths if you are in Australia. You can also use 4 cups hot water, a tablespoon if vinegar and a squirter of Dishwash liquid to wash with, I also used the Di-san stain remover from Aldi.
