Just got this phone a few minutes ago, and looked for a video on how to open it to insert the battery. 😂 Like you, I wasn't expecting the entire back to come off. Now I can install my battery and charge my phone to start using it. 😁

Thanks for your review. I purchased this phone as an add on since TMobile was giving away a free add on line. I couldn't figure out how to remove the back cover. You saved me from probably breaking the phone! Seems to work well. Color is less saturated vs my Samsung S9 but for $80 who's complaining. So far, after 2days, no problems or complaints. Great video

For anyone having trouble DO NOT try at the bottom to open it. See where the lip of your screen is on the sides? Slide your nail between that and the back. It opens easily that way. Also the buttons are part of the case they come off with the back.

I remember BLU since like 2013. My uncles came back from the US since they were working there, and they got these BLU phones. They looked like the galaxy s4, and I really liked how they looked and functioned. For $60, this phone is amazing. I would use this phone as a daily driver, and I would ditch my Iphone x for it. It’s only a 3 year old phone, and it’s already bugging. If I manage to sell it, I could maybe get $350-$400 for it. I could probably get the BLU for $60, and also get the 2016 Iphone SE. it’s like $80, and it has one of the best IPhone designs. Also, the CUBOT note 7 is a really good looking phone, and for $90, it’s like the best thing. Looks great, and it’s fairly capable.

Update: I saw some more videos on the CUBOT, and it seems to be pretty slow. The BLU would probably be a better option. It looks awesome, but if it lags while you’re checking your insta feed, I don’t think it’s worth it. You can also get a huawei p9 from Amazon for $75-$80, and that would be better than any of these phones. It says that it’s also insured, but I don’t trust it. I would just fix it myself for $75.

Been trying to replace mine with something a bit faster but dang this thing aged well for the price. I got a moto pure and that g25 chip is terribly slow and it goes for like 160 unlocked!
