I’m glad that you’re doing better after surgery. That’s a neat new product for sure. I could definitely use it on my first ever western big game hunt this fall chasing deer 🦌 in Utah with a muzzleloader.

Heck yea. Depending what part of Utah your in you might want to bring water also! It can get quite dry down there. Hope you have a heck of an adventure and kill a big ol toad!

@@TheWVgoodguy22 Heck yea! I actually drew a muzzy antelope tag in Idaho. Never done much muzzy hunting but excited to get out there. Looks like we’ll both be belly crawling this fall hahaha!

@@JustAnotherGuyAdventures congrats on that tag 🏷️. I want to hunt pronghorn in every state that I can no matter what weapon type gets me a tag. Good luck 🍀

Nice review man! New sub here... I love that the Grayl's are water "purifiers" like you mentioned. Important these days with all of the chemicals, metals, and potential viruses and pathogens in untreated water. I've been wanting to get one of these for my frequent travels that land me in hotel rooms with nothing but tap nasty tap water. Thanks for the review, and putting together a giveaway. Glad you're recovering well!

Thank you! I think it’s a great product for everyone not just hunter or hiker or outdoorsman. Think a lot of people could utilize just like how you said!

@@JustAnotherGuyAdventures I don't get to go into the woods as often as I used to. But I ride an electric unicycle all over the place here in Phoenix, and we have canals and lakes all over the place. I was thinking this would be great in an urban environment where there are probably more chances of chemical and viral contamination in untreated water. I usually carry a nalgene, but it doesn't last me the day -- and then I turn to bottles, because the tap water here is about as bad as it gets. Can't wait to hear how yours holds up over the next couple of months. Hopefully you post an update or two that speaks to longevity. Ever use a pre-filter to help extend your filter life?

@@BIGboiFASTboi will definitely have a few more videos coming on it! I usually do a lot of back country stuff so try not to carry extra weight. I usually use some sort of trekking pole or hose to try to get the water to flow direct to get out some of the clearer water.

I borrowed one of these just like the smaller orangefrom a buddy and went on a New Mexico bear hunt last year in August. The hound rigged right off the road and smoked a track and treed in literally minutes so we bailed off the edge as fast as we could and made the mistake of just grabbing empty packs with only meatbags and knives . The only saying grace was i snagged the Grayl and attached it to my belt loop 😮 as you know in mountains nothing go as planned 😂 and 2 mtns over with super steep elevation i was able to take beautiful chocolate bear and have the water we needed because of a small seep and the Grayl . I keep telling my self you big dummy you better get yourself one before you get in a bind again but as of yet almost a year later i haven't..... 😂😂
