I remember watching a Top Gear review of the 2006 S-Class and being amazed by the technology. Now those features are available is most entry level cars. I wouldn't be surprised if in 10-15 years most cars are electric and have many of the features that the EQS has. Few people with actually own an EQS but the innovations it pioneers will have a trickle down effect throughout the industry.

For other people however You could either do it like Apple car key where you can send a temporary pass to somebody’s phone to use your car, or still give people a card but it’s only activated when you enable that card to be activated. you know what I mean like let it sit inside of your wallet and it’s not an active card & if somebody needs to borrow your car you just pull out the app and activate that card real quick temporarily. but for the most part you’re the only person driving your car maybe your family so biometrics just seems like the easier option.
