@@goldrush18xthe damage bumps to the head do are so downplayed, never mind actual concussions. So downplayed in media and most people don’t realise how serious it is to just hit your head. Like go to a Dr at least, if not A&E. Americans, question the bills. Ask for itemised bill, question the stupidity of a $200 charge for a bandage. It does help it come down to more affordable. Don’t fuck around with head injuries. I think Taylor went for Travis to fix the Mattie Healy damage. Travis comes across like a labrador, Americas sweetheart with a lovable seeming guy? I’ve no idea what he’s like. Irish so on,y know him coz of Taylor. I could be totally wrong about it. Edit: I went back coz I’m high and end up reading comments and nothing from the video actually goes in. I am the exact same for any sport. It’s just not for me. Only thing I like is ski jumping, ice skating, gymnastics and diving in the olympics. Only sporty thing I will watch. Also Tae Kwondo and Karate. I’d watch that too

I probably am hyper sensitive to this type of joke because someone very close to me hit their head as a kid & had their life permanently changed. They’ve spent the rest of their life being made fun of for being “slow”/being the target of ableist bullying. Traumatic brain injury is never a laughing matter. It ruins lives. The fun could’ve stopped at “Travis tweeted some silly things and made some typos 13 years ago, haha so funny”. There was no reason to drag his intelligence into the conversation and suggest he’s stupid because he has suffered head trauma. This kind of “joking” shouldn’t be normalized.

@@vorgebrauchschutteln3859 we had a beautiful plan for a new International airport, even Zaha Hadid was been considered to design it but some people had issues with where it was supposed to be and how much it was gonna cost. We had years of protests and arrested development. Then our current president made it a campaign promise to cancel that proyect, he finally won 6 years ago and it was moved to a place in the middle of nowhere without knowing the place was basically a Mamut cemetery, one if not the largest in the world, so the project was halted because they had to deal with them. Apparently they found so many mamut skeletons they just stopped reporting them. However with It being a campaign promise construction resumed and was RUSHED. It finally opened last year looking more like a semi abandoned rural bus station than the INTERNATIONAL airport it was supposed to be: street vendors inside, barely any national flights, like 1 international flight per day, and no easy way to get there (it's like 2 hours out of the way and without public transportation to get there so the ride could very well be longer and more expensive than your flight) Its location is such a mess that at one point our national flight category was downgraded because how dangerous it could be to land there so there's barely any flights there. The situation was so dire for this international airport no one likes using they had to force people to. And finally this "international airport" that was built as the cheaper alternative to the other one that was considered an extravagant expense we didn't need (which we actually do need) ended up costing 3 times as much as the other one would have and that's not even taking into account the post 2020 inflation. This is also 1 of 3 projects that seem to be cursed

So in interviews, red carpets, etc. he’d still speak like Elvis and people thought it was super cringe and dogged on him for it. Jacob played Elvis in “Priscilla” and he did his job, came out of it not speaking like Elvis and Priscilla herself noted how much he really did sound like him. So its kinda one of those things where there’s a similar situation but only one of them was doing too much 😭
