BIG PAPA After Uncharted 4 there was nothing more left for Amy Hennig. Bruce and Neil brainstormed new IP when Amy worked on Uncharted 4. She left Naughty Dog because she felt her job was done at ND and wanted to move on with future projects. She is not a stranger to this move. She always left the company when she is done there. Crystal Dynamics for example where she worked on The Legacy of Kain when that series was done she joined Naughty Dog.

Uncharted Galaxy Although I really enjoyed Uncharted 4, (best game of 2016 imo) I would have to agree with you. Uncharted 4 ultimately felt more like a Last of Us clone than an Uncharted game which isn’t inherently a bad thing but it was stylistically different from the others which was quite jarring from time to time.

The IGN community has boiled down to nitpicky fan boys either disregarding naughty dog altogether and its games as (terrible) or just not even really giving a shit. Actually, not just in regards to this video, but... What has become of this community? Most gamers think what they say on the internet is true. They kind of look at them selves as journalists in a way. I see ppl all the time giving scores when a review is different than their own so they feel they have to redeem the game they love by trying to make themselves feel like a professional journalist. Gamers have to do more research in the games they are on the fence about buying. They see two or three negative reviews and they assume the game is a msterpiece or is shit. Actually YES! All Uncharteds has the same plot: Nate finds map, bad guy appears and steals map, Nate recovers it and find treasure, bad guys follow Nate to the treasure and Nate has to flee because he's outnumbered, then Nate follows the bad guys and win. The End.

Well this isn't much of a surprise, video game company's are making huge differences these days, some are doing major layoffs, and other's are loosing people like Amy Hennig that write amazing storylines and create amazing games... The good news, is that it forces company's to adapt and come out with whole new original content. "Uncharted" and "The Last Of Us" were fucking incredible, but I don't want to see video game company's relying on just their best games to help them get by. Activision and Nintendo are doing that, and it fucking sucks.

Good. As a true fan of Jak and Daxter, Uncharted, and The Last of Us..Uncharted 3's writing was pure horseshit and overrated AF. Compared to the first Uncharted, the writing was elementary level. The Last of Us had great writing throughout the entire game although the ending is debatable in many aspects. Uncharted 2's was acceptable, but a step down from U1. Hopefully this'll take Uncharted 4 to the next level.

mikemilks In terms of writing? Yes. Gameplay wise? No. Uncharted 2's story was so straightforward..Uncharted 1 was where you saw all of the real work and effort added to propel this franchise. Don't be fooled. The voice actors are so talented that Uncharted 3's garbage script was brought to an acceptable level. Lol...U3's terrible script ex 1. Salim randomly appears at end of game in sand storm just in time to save the day.. ex 2. Talbot surviving multiple near death encounters and having the characters react to it as if he was superhuman..(BUT...BUT I SHOT HIM?!). ex 3. Sullys Death, one of the biggest flops I've ever seen in trying to capture an emotional moment..They got death scenes right in Jak and Daxter (Jak 3) and in the past Uncharteds, even The Last of Us got it right (Not trying to take away from it's brilliant writing, disregarding the ending) ..but that terrible portrayal of Sully's death was the last straw. Constructive criticism as a long time fan.
