Because it's a common thing for people who don't natively speak English (Chinese especially) to say things like "worser" or "more worser". My Mum does it all the time, and it annoys me (she's Chinese and not very good at English)

In my country here (not China or Taiwan), most of local Chinese master at least 2-3 different languages excluding Chinese dialects since little. some who graduate from university may master at least 4 languages while having major in other professional field.
