Even if you're nowhere near the level requirement for blessed flask, get started on mining red sandstone and crystal-flecked sandstone as due to the daily limits, it can take weeks to get enough. (Even if you never plan to make it, get mining!)

I don't see why you would get a blessed flask if it can only take extreme prayer pots which are INSANELY costly to upkeep, also it makes 0 sense that you cannot just choose whatever ppot you wanna put in there (for example regular ppots would be so fricking nice to store in there) but of course that is not an option for some reason..... so imo this is pretty wasted

Vecna’s Skull! it’s like an unlimited super magic potion (a little worse) which is super useful for slayer tasks where you want extra inventory space or don’t want to spend money using potions

I'd say another niche item is the calorie bomb. Great for learning group bosses and trying to keep an eye out for team mates. Like to keep them on hand when bring learners to raids or rago.

adrenaline urn, rare drop from kalgerion demons... Adrenaline gained above 100% is stored in the urn, even when it is deactivated. Excess adrenaline gained to reach 100% is not stored in the urn; the urn only begins charging once the player is at 100%. The urn can also be filled via the Adrenaline crystals in War's Retreat.

That bloody Blessed Flask is the Trimmed Masterwork of flasks, it actually takes longer to make than Masterwork takes to smith, but it is very helpful.

I made mine just the other week. The red and crystal sandstone took me a while cause I'm prone to missing them before reset lol. Bought the blessed sand myself overnight. Can't imagine an ironman trying to make one.

I completed river of blood fairly recently and was pleasantly surprised when I found out what pocket slot items you can get. You get one of your choice for free that has a 20% charge. I picked the wrong one. You can make the others but there's a requirement to burn a certain number of vyrewatch corpses

for super guthix rests, you can just use them when your adren pot is already on cooldown without having it be a penalty. they're arguably nicer for learning bosses than brews, because they don't drain your stats.

stat drain is not really an issue in a world where overloads are a must (they restore your stats frequently)

Blessed flask is mint So many ppl I pvm with will have to bank to get more prayer or they use aura for prayer recovery, I can camp gwd for hours off 1 blessed flask it's a must

Another option you have to the Vampyric Blood Essence from the River of Blood quest is the Berserk Blood Essence. It works the same way in that it has a passive and an activated effect, however instead of healing you it has a chance to trigger a stat boosting effect any time you recieve damage, or when activated. The stat boost does not stack with overloads, but it does stack with any regular stat boosting effect like those from super potions. So this can be a really nice item for anyone (especially those into PvM) that doesn't have overloads unlocked yet.

Org flask thermal. stacked with super guthix rest + bonfire = a lot of extra hp.. Without tank armor or a shield im sitting at 12311hp with just those... If in a full tank setup.. your looking at 14,936hp Thats a fairly good boost to start off something

Blessed flask takes like 20 days to get if you dont have stacks of potion flask raw materials

You can collect the sandstone materials much quicker if you do the Shooting Star D&D (to get the mining buff) and use the Resourceful aura whilst having unlocked priff + elite desert achievements for the extra locations. Overall it took me around 12 days to get the flask.
