You would do well to show the actual actor. We enjoyed seeing the older actors when they were younger.

You insult the generation that grew up with and enjoyed this picture. Gary like Wayne etc was a product of the 30’s. Don’t make the mistake of equating the movie with contemporary fare. This was pure and simple entertainment.. Don’t spoil it with babble!! Thank you poster.

I appreciate the AI art. I would be interested in a 'movie still' or 'poster' that looks like it fits in the era. Perhaps a pix 2 pix from an existing still. Again, much appreciated.

This comment won't be expected, may potentially, not be fully understood, by some, ... and it is "Discernment" rather than "Judgemental." This movie is generally fine if one is young, naive, of Adolescent Emotional Development and Thinking. If one can accept the "story's poorly justified in any reasonable value of purpose , without reasonable Mature Minded alternative Solutions. It is repetitive situations of "self sabotaging, self sacrificing(s), and self pity". The greater truth as to Gary Cooper's acting skills were: "acceptable by the era's standards, for Saturday Morning Matinees , soft Comedy, and the "Post Code" Themes. He was a handsome man, beloved by countless fans and peers. Over time he mastered gaining some skills and even performed reasonably well, "depending on the Director, Writers, and Supporting Character Actors". I don't think he took himself overly serious, nor was he self absorbed by his fame. Cooper reminds me far more of a "17 yr old College Student, living on an "extended series of Friday Nights". Clearly, he was hired for his physical appeal and kept for his fan appeal, and youthful personality. Actually my late husband shared near identical traits, absolutely gorgeous, 6'2", perfect build, Blonde hair, Blue Eyes, stunning smile, and even when I was 8 months pregnant and seated next to him, women would come up and make it clear, "only for the asking and they would be available to him". He literally didn't do a thing to encourage the experiences and I didn't hold him responsible for anything other than being who he was, "Stop Traffic Handsome" and Authentically like a "17 yr old College Student on a series of extended Friday nights". For an equal in Company, think of a 35 year old Robert Redford and the late JFK, Jr. May my dear friend/late husband's Soul enjoy Eternal Positive Energies, Happiness, and Laughter, as well as Gary Cooper, JFK, Jr, and Redford when his time come, too. We just do set "other standards and requirements" for those who are so exceptionally attractive, Young at Heart, with that twinkle in their eyes, "if they are of that endearing and Authentic charm". It's just not reasonable not too. ✨⭐✨
