Regarding Tony Stark in 2099, recall reference was made to the an alien invasion in their history which would seem to suggest the 'War of the Worlds'. If that was the case, Tony would likely have conducted a further Armor Wars to ensure it wouldn't fall into their hands and sent it into space. So it could be fun reconciling this with Arno and Andros Stark, and the future Doom we saw in Iron Man #250.
