Mine has been 300+ since I was 40 now 81. Cholesterol plays important role in cell repair especially needed in your brain. And I am generally much younger physiology than most octogenarians.

The above exercises are definitely very helpful but from my part I lower my cholesterol by eating (max) 3 brazilian nuts daily, 1 cooked beetroot, 1 cooked carrot, 1 red apple and 1 cup celery juice. I also used to take 75mg aspirin daily but it upset my upper intestine.. Therefore I switched to 5mg of cialis every 3 days to increase my nitric oxide and as a positive bieffect my vigility(however this requires to have an "agreeable partner" in your bed😂 My diet consists of lots of broccoli, cauliflower, meat, chicken and fish with olive oil and fresh lemon always added.. I avoid carbs and all sugary drinks and sweets. I aim to taking 12000 steps daily but actually average about 6000 daily. Note: I have consulted my Dr for my above practices and was surprised he recommended cialis which ACTUALLY lowers blood pressure..

Yes, but is there EVIDENCE??? There are studies showing YOGA as beneficial for cholesterol management but I have not found a single study about Qi Gong and cholesterol. But that said, I am a 75 year old retired MD, and have learned to blend Yoga and Chi Gong. I absolutely love my practice, flowing in and out of poses plus using a counterpose after every pose as taught in the Vinyasa Yoga method. For years I hated Yoga because of how rigid it was. I called it "constipated Yoga"...:)
