Yes they are! Well, all Relsis de l'Entrecôte belong to the same owner and Relais de Venise - L'Entrecôte belongs to the father pf the owner, with the same formula. La Maison de l'Entrcôte as a similar formula but it's not related.

Does anyone know what is in the secret sauce? Someone said that they thought that chicken liver was in it which is not something that I normally eat.

Its known ingredients are chicken liver, fresh thyme and thyme flower, whipping cream, white mustard, butter and water, salt, pepper.

I've been to the one near Montparnasse (metro arret Vavin). Waiting line around 7pm was approx. half an hour. L'entrecote was not the best but still delicious, and the desserts I tried were quite average (profiteroles and melba tulip). Would you really consider this place as a parisien? I feel it became more of a "touristic" spot thanks to its popularity on social media.

The refill is included. 15% service is included in the bill, which means you don't have to pay a tip, but if the service was remarkable you can still tip a little more...
