I really wish all bosses did this. To get a first hand perspective of regular day to day operational issues so they can fix it. Most managers don’t care or don’t have the authority to fix certain things (example the coupon, “I need to fix that”) much respect!

I think this is unrealistic. No boss would do this. They only care about you during work hours, when they are paying to care about you. These are all actors. This would only happen in some imaginary fairyland. For this to be real, it would require a boss pulling out their web covered wallet and give money without anything in return. Also, tell me they can't recognise their boss in two seconds.

So here is the reality. These employees are living paycheck to paycheck not making it. Imagine climbing that mountain everyday, week, year, while being present, and pleasant. And hoping your fortune changes so you can breathe. Our country once was the land of opportunities whether you graduated from highschool, college, or learned a trade. Now all that's left are entry level jobs that can really only provide for the average highschool kid with no debt and the support of parent(s).
