@@StephJVaughn that happened to me as well. They gave me 6 weeks with him fully paid I only had to work remotely for 2 hrs every week to do the international shipping paperwork. When he passed they gave me an additional week to be with my family. It was the best company I worked for

I think Under Boss is fantastic because they find out on the ground floor just who is worth their weight in gold and who desperately needs to find a new occupation. This boss has done something that money can't buy....She has gave her best employee the chance to be with her mum once last time, that is respect. People wonder why they don't get respect just at a click of a button, but it is a two way street and has to be earned and as such this lady boss has found a lot of respect for this employee that works so hard on her behalf, I hope that make it in time lass and get to see your mum before it's too late, to give her that one last hug, kiss and tell her how much you love her. What a Beautiful and Kind hearted woman to have as a boss, the way she treated her employee was the sweetest most kindest thing I’ve ever seen, especially when the lady has been with the company for so long, her dedication and work ethics have paid off to send her to see her sick Mom, I can’t imagine how hard this must be for her to be so far away from her Muma in her time of need. I was fortunate enough to be able to be close to my mom in her last days, and the same with my dad. I couldn't imagine being so far from them as this lovely woman is from her dying mother. This is nice and it's great that it took the boss 12 years to go undercover to get to know 1 of her employees. Hopefully other employees received better compensation across the company as well. Corporations need to really do better by their employees! For years on top of years workers have not been getting paid enuff to survive off... so this is heartwarming to see the boss being impacted & invested in this employee!!
