Love how he loves his mama. She brought him up right. Losing a father at such a young age could have sent him down the wrong path - his mama raised him right. My son lost his father at 12. With all the right support, he is now upper management at a large company.
@MsTJPink Жыл бұрын
I agree, that mamma had her head screwed on right and raised a beautiful man. My kids lost their father when the oldest was 8, he didn't pass away, I found he was an unspeakable man with unspeakable appetites. We left with nothing. Just our clothes. fast forward, my eldest is 30, currently doing a gap year from university, She already has a first in psychology and 3rd world slavery, She's now doing a 4 yr course in psychotherapy, centred on domestic abuse in children and adults. I'd like to add she has paid for this all on her own. My second child was the youngest Head Chef in a large corporate to have her own restaurant at the age of 19, allow me to quantify, at the age of 15 she attempted suicide because of her past with her 'father'. My youngest, at 25 is top management for the tech department in a veterinary wholesaler company, has his own web design business and manages 3 properties that he rents out alongside managing his own home. He also has 3 kids. I have a philosophy about my kids, the oldest is going to fix the world, middle is going to feed the world and the youngest is going to populate the world lol. I'll be the first to admit my own failings, I had no idea about the activities of my ex husband, the guilt I feel is immeasurable. But I cannot deny how proud I am of my kids, every day we talk, they live 250 miles away from me but I still get to read my grandkids a night night story. They have forgiven me for failing them. I need to forgive myself, I'm working on it. probably why I'm waffling on ? I don't feel I deserve their forgiveness.

Probably was genuine but pretty much useless for this guy as he won't meet the net worth capitalization required. Need at least several hundred k in liquid assets to cover cashflow shortages. This guy ain't got it and won't have it working in the capacity he's in.

Franchise in particular, as you can't cut corners. There are mandatory upfront fees and required levels of capitalization. Franchisor will scrutinize the finances of the franchisee applicant to ensure they have enough liquid capital to pay for the first few years of operation when it will be most difficult to sustain cashflow. Jose unfortunately has zero chance of achieving that level of liquidity remaining where he is, he needs to branch out and do something else.
