Don't know if this has any truth to it but I 100% believe that, since they're made by the same developer, Prototype was originally a sequel to Hulk Ultimate Destruction but with Venom. Definitely feels like it.

The story is that they were actually going to do an ultimates game(ultimate version of the Avengers), and hulk would pretty much be the same as ultimate destruction, but they would have characters like captain america, iron man and quicksilver be playable as well. Matt mcmuscles video on ultimate destruction has dev quotes at end about it

I loved Lego Dimensions. The story was really cool, they did crossovers and you never knew what was going to cross over with what. My friends loved to watch me play it just for that. One of the best was the Riddler and Gollum teaming up because of the riddle connection. Robocop was one of my favorite games last year and Wolverine is was really fun too back when it came out. Haven't played it in a long time.

I’m glad Hulk Ultimate Destruction was mentioned. I loved that game when I was a kid and I rarely ever see it talked ab and hulk as a character is way better than is given credit for. Throwing missles at the helicopters was awesome

Disney's The Haunted Mansion on PS2, Xbox, and GC is a prime example of an underrated licensed game imo. It has an awesome atmosphere and some really clever puzzles. It feels like a mix of Luigi's Mansion with a collectathon platformer. Highly recommend it!

SpongeBob the movie game is one of my favorite games and its also one of the hardest games I ever played, you have to complete almost every goofer goober token that you come across if you don't want to back track to previous levels and most goofer goober tokens are a pain to get.

A Marvel game I recommend it’s the PUNISHER game base sorta on the Movie from 04 the gameplay it’s a 3D shooter and sorta follows the movie but also the comics and it’s a fun violent time if you are a fan of Frank Castle and his twisted ways on fighting crime

In all honest, I actually enjoyed Funko Fusion, I thought it was a great Multiversal journey across different pop culture worlds with LEGO-like humor (since it was made by former Tt employees), but LEGO Dimensions is the true GOAT of crossovers based on a toy brand. When Funko Fusion gets more attention and bigger updates, I can see WB work on a Non-Toys To Life port of LEGO Dimensions and potentially a sequel in the gameplay style of Skywalker Saga, THEN, we’ll see the return of Lord Vortech. Or maybe until then, he might return within MultiVersus or LEGO Fortnite.

Most of the time my opinions seem to be on the same side as yours give or take a few things. But the Spongebob Movie Game I whole-heartedly disagree with you on. While the music is very good and the added character progression was a nice upgrade, the game fell so flat compared to BFBB. If I back up to when I was a kid, I only knew of BFBB, never did I even see or hear of the movie game until a few years ago. So I picked it up earlier this year and played thru it and yeah, I have to say I was extremely disappointed. First of all this was a rushed game because Heavy Iron only had that 1 year after BFBB to make the movie tie-in game to coincide with the launch of the absolutely GOATED movie. Because of this, a lot of corners were cut. Older assets were used which is totally fine but parts where they wanted to play scenes from the movie are just still images with re-done voicelines over them that are ever so slightly different from their voices in the actual movie. I looked it up and this was apparently because the game was slated to launch about 3 weeks before the movie came out, and they didn’t want to give THQ the rights to use full cutscenes to “spoil” the movie even though the plot is pretty much the same since it’s taken from the movie 😂 Because of the time constraint it’s not like Heavy Iron could have animated in-game sections to “recreate” the movie, so they just slapped still images in and called it a day. Beyond this, the game’s content is severely lacking. You have patty wagon races, mountain sliding races, some floating challenges, and mostly linear levels. The game is EXTREMELY repetitive and once you play thru the first 2 levels of the game you’ve pretty much seen it all. Especially if you’ve seen the GOATED film it replicates, I honestly didn’t even finish the game because I was so bored. Then to progress to the next areas they make you collect damn near ALL of the tokens so it forces you to go back to previous areas rather than leisurely going back or creating new levels to play. Wow I went on, but because I played it so recently it’s all still fresh in my mind. For the time period of the mid 2000s and for the amount of allotted time given to make the game, I don’t blame Heavy Iron one bit for how crappy the game turned out. But playing this game in 2024, knowing it could have been better, and knowing that BFBB and the Cosmic Shake exists makes the movie tie-in game even more disappointing. Sorry to say but it’s not underrated 😂 CHOCOLAAAAAAAATTTTEEEEEE

Ultimate Spiderman is overrated you said in another video Spider-man 2 sucks and the combat isn't that good (Spiderman 2 definitely is definitely top 3 or top 2 for combat in the series) but this game has some of if not the most boring combat in the series (next to the ps1 games). The only thing that is good about Ultimate Spiderman is the art style and how the story follows the comic book. The open world is smaller than Spiderman 2 and there is so much less you can do like in Spiderman 2 you can take a helicopter over to Ellis island and liberty island. I 100% completed ultimate Spiderman in 2019 beat all the races on ultimate difficulty too and it just isnt as fun as I remember it and the mission structure isn't even much better than 2.
