I think the announcement of the loyalty program is also done in an effort to convey that the brand and its products are here to stay, unlike KKW beauty. I wouldn’t be surprised if they come out with a Goop-esque newsletter/ blog form of lifestyle content and branch out to products under the wellness and beauty tech category because that seems to be the trend in luxury beauty recently.
