You’re welcome! I’m so glad you enjoyed it. I am a runner (currently rehabbing an injury) and a cyclist. I aspire to do a triathlon someday, but my swimming would need some serious work 😅

1 suggestion: more of the video should have visuals (graphs etc.) if possible
